Penny & Pearl’s began in March 2020 in the home kitchen of Natalie and Amanda Zant. In 2021, with the Louisville community’s support, the bakery opened its St. Matthews storefront.
Today, the focus is still fresh-baked cookies and a warm welcome on Fairfax.
